fa آمادگیهای لازم پرستاران نظامی به منظورحضور در مناطق جنگی عمومى General پژوهشي Research <span class="fontstyle0"><strong>مقدمـه:</strong> </span><span class="fontstyle2">اولیـن امدادگـران در شـرایط بحرانـی گروههـای درمانـی نیروهـای نظامـی و پرسـتاران هسـتند. تفـاوت اصلـی بیـن پرسـتاران نظامـی و غیـر نظامـی توانایـی فعالیـت مسـتقل ، کار در محیـط هـای خشـن، غیـر قابـل پیـش بینـی و چالـش انگیز اسـت. ایـن فعالیت مسـتلزم ایـن اسـت کـه پرسـتاران نظامـی بـرای چنیـن شـرایطی از آمادگـی کامـل برخوردار باشـند.</span><br> <span class="fontstyle0"><strong>روش کار:</strong> </span><span class="fontstyle2">ایـن مطالعـه مـروری نظام منـد، روی مقـالات و پژوهشهـای انجـام شـده در زمینـه آمادگیهـای لازم پرسـتاران نظامـی بــرای حضــور در مناطــق جنگــی انجــام شــده اســت. در بررســی نقــش پرســتاران نظامــی در جنــگ، بــا اســتفاده از واژگان کلیــدی آمادگـی در جنـگ و پرسـتاران یـا پرسـتاری نظامـی و نقـش پرسـتاری نظامـی، کـه بـر اسـاس واژگان سـرفصل موضوعـی پزشـکی&nbsp;</span><span class="fontstyle0">(</span><span class="fontstyle1">Subject of Heading Mesh)&nbsp; </span> <span class="fontstyle0">انتخــاب شــده بودنــد؛ در عنــوان و چکیــده بــا جســتجوی هدفمنــد از پایگاههــای اطلاعاتــی معتبــر&nbsp; </span><span class="fontstyle0">Scopus</span><span class="fontstyle1">, </span><span class="fontstyle0">Elsevier</span><span class="fontstyle1">, </span><span class="fontstyle0">PubMed</span><span class="fontstyle1">, </span><span class="fontstyle0">ISI</span><span class="fontstyle1">, </span><span class="fontstyle0">Web of Science </span><span class="fontstyle1">,</span><span class="fontstyle0">SID Cochrane Library</span><span class="fontstyle1">, </span><span class="fontstyle0">ProQuest</span><span class="fontstyle1">. </span><span class="fontstyle0">Google Scholar</span><br style=" font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; letter-spacing: normal; line-height: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: -webkit-auto; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; " > از سال 2000 <span class="fontstyle0">بـه زبـان هـای فارسـی و انگلیسـی مـورد بررسـی قـرار گرفتنـد.</span><br> <strong><span class="fontstyle2">یافتـه هـا: </span></strong><span class="fontstyle0">از مجمـوع 235مقالـه کـه در مرحلـه اول بـا جسـتجوی کلیـد واژگان ذکـر شـده بدسـت آمدنـد، پـس از حـذف مقـالات غیـر مرتبـط بـا موضـوع مطالعـه ومطابقـت بـا معیارهـای ورود و خـروج، 83عنـوان تائیـد شـدند و در نهایـت پـس از حـذف مطالعـات تکـراری و انجـام شـده بـر روی سـایر حـوادث، 12مقالـه کـه مرتبـط بـا آمادگـی پرسـتاران بـه منظـور حضـور در مناطـق جنگـی بودنـد در پژوهـش مـورد بررسـی قـرار گرفتنـد.</span><br> <strong><span class="fontstyle2">نتیجـه گیـری: </span></strong><span class="fontstyle0">یافتـه هـای ایـن مطالعـه نشـان داد پرسـتاران بـرای ارایـه خدمـات بهتـر نیازمنـد آمادگـی هایـی قبـل از ورود بـه مناطـق جنگـی هسـتند. ایـن آمادگـی هـا آنـان را قـادر مـی سـازد خدمـات درمانـی را بـه نحـو مطلـوب تـری ارایـه کننـد. آشـنایی بـا شـرایط مناطـق درگیـر جنـگ بـرای آمـاده سـازی پرسـتاران ضـروری اسـت. ایـن مسـئله کـه پرسـتاران بداننـد در صحنـه نبـرد بـا چـه چیـزی روبـرو مـی شـوند آنـان را بـرای ارایـه خدمـات در سـطح بـالا و نجـات جـان مجروحیـن آمـاده تـر مـی کنـد.</span><br style=" font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; letter-spacing: normal; line-height: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: -webkit-auto; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; " > &nbsp; <span class="fontstyle0"><strong>Introduction:</strong> </span><span class="fontstyle2">The first aid workers in critical situations are the military medical groups and nurses. The main difference between military and civilian nurses is the ability to work independently and in harsh, unpredictable and challenging environments. This activity requires military nurses to be fully<br> prepared for such situations.</span><br> <span class="fontstyle0"><strong>Methods:</strong> </span><span class="fontstyle2">This systematic review study was conducted on the articles and researches in the field of necessary preparations for military nurses in war zones. Searches in examining the role of military nurses in war zones were performed using the keywords, war preparation and nurses or military<br> nursing and the role of military nursing, which were selected based on the vocabulary of the Medical Subject of Heading (Mesh); The papers in Persian and English were selected using the keywords in the title and abstract from the targeted search of reputable databases Scopus, Elsevier, PubMed, ISI Web of Science SID and Cochrane Library, ProQuest. Google Scholar from 2000 onwards.</span><br> <span class="fontstyle0"><strong>Results:</strong> </span><span class="fontstyle2">A total of 235 articles obtained in the first stage by searching for the mentioned keywords. Then, after omitting the articles unrelated to the subject of study and complying with inclusion and exclusion criteria, 83 titles were approved. Finally, after removing duplicate studies and conducted<br> on other incidents, 12 articles related to the purpose of the study were reviewed in the study.</span><br> <span class="fontstyle0"><strong>Conclusions:</strong> </span><span class="fontstyle2">The findings of this study showed that nurses need to get prepared before entering war zones to provide better services. These preparations enable them to provide better health care services. Familiarity with the conditions of war-torn areas is essential for preparing nurses.
