fa چالش های آموزش بالینی دانشجویان کارشناسی پرستاری در ایران: یک مطالعه مروری عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div dir="ltr"></div><strong>مقدمه: </strong>با توجه به نقش پرستار در ارتقا سامت جامعه و از طرفی جایگاه آموزش بالینی در شکل دهی مهارت های اساسی و توانمندی های حرفه ای دانشجویان پرستاری، بررسی چالش های موجود در محیط آموزشی بالینی ضروری می باشد، شناسایی چالش های آموزش بالینی، به رفع یا اصلاح نقاط ضعف کمک نموده و می تواند موجب بهبود دستیابی به اهداف آموزشی، تربیت افراد ماهر و ارائه خدمات مراقبتی با کیفیت بالاتر شود.<br> <strong>روش کار:</strong> این مطالعه مروری با جستجوی کلید واژه های چالش، دانشجویان پرستاری، آموزش بالینی در مقالات منتشر شده در پایگاه های فارسی زبان SID ،Irandoc،Magiran از سال 1380 تا 1398 انجام شد. معیار ورود شامل مقالات فارسی زبان، مقالات اختصاصی در حوزه پرستاری و مقالاتی که پرستاری را درکنار<br> چندین رشته دیگر مورد بررسی قرار دادند، بوده است. از مجموع 245 مقاله یافت شده پس از لحاظ کردن معیارهای ورود و خروج 23 مقاله مرتبط با هدف مقاله انتخاب شد.<br> <strong>یافته ها</strong>: چالش های آموزش بالینی در شش حیطه اصلی شناسایی شده است که شامل: 1) تسلط ناکافی مربیان در بخش های بالینی 2) آمادگی ناکافی دانشجو برای ورود به کارآموزی 3) عدم حمایت پرسنل از دانشجویان 4) عدم وجود برنامه مدون آموزشی جهت آموزش بالینی 5) عدم وجود الگوی مشخص جهت ارزشیابی بالینی 6) عدم همکاری و اعتماد بیماران به دانشجویان مربوطه می باشند.<br> <strong>نتیجه گیری</strong>: این یافته ها نشان دهنده لزوم توجه به آموزش بالینی بعنوان یک بخش بسیار مهم آموزش پرستاری حرفه ای با در نظر گرفتن چالش های آموزش بالینی در محیط آموزش بالینی در دانشجویان پرستاری، می باشد. <strong>Introduction:</strong> Considering the nurses&#39; role in promoting community health and clinical education in shaping the necessary skills and professional competencies of nursing students, it is necessary to examine the clinical education environment&#39;s challenges. Identifying the challenges of clinical<br> education helps to eliminate or correct weaknesses and can improve the achievement of educational goals, train skilled people, and provide higher quality care services.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> This review study was conducted by searching for the keywords of &quot; challenge,&quot; &quot;nursing students,&quot; &quot;clinical education&quot; in articles published in Persian language databases SID, irandoc, Magiran from 2001 to 2019. Inclusion criteria were Persian-language articles, technical articles in the field of nursing, and articles that examined nursing, along with several other disciplines. From a total of 245 articles found, 23 articles related to the article&#39;s purpose were selected after considering the inclusion and exclusion criteria.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> The challenges of clinical education have been identified in six primary areas, which include: 1) Insufficient mastery of instructors in clinical departments 2) Insufficient student readiness to enter internship 3) Lack of staff support for students 4) Lack of a written educational program for<br> Clinical education 5) Lack of an exact model for clinical evaluation 6) Lack of cooperation and trust of patients in relevant students.<br> <strong>Conclusions:</strong> These findings indicate the need to pay attention to clinical education as a significant part of professional nursing education by considering clinical education challenges in nursing students&#39; clinical education environment. چالش, دانشجویان پرستاری, آموزش بالینی, آموزش پرستاری.
