fa چالشهای ارتباط بین حرفه ای پرستاری- یک مرور نظامند تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <strong>مقدمه:</strong> در پرستاری ارتباط موضوع مهمی در انجام اقدامات مراقبتی و درمانی است و در حرفه پرستاری ارتباطات وسیع بین حرفه ای با همکاران، بیماران و خانواده ها و با دیگر حرفه ها وجود دارد که برای انجام کار تیمی الزامی است و حفظ این ارتباط در پرستاری ضروری است، با آگاهی از چالشهای ارتباط بین حرفه ای می توان به راهکارهای مناسب دست یافت.<br> <strong>روش کار:</strong> این مطالعه مروری نظامند با جستجو توسط کلمات کلیدی &quot; Inter professional challenges&quot;،Nursing communication&quot; , &quot;communication Challenge&quot;, &quot;Communication Barriers&nbsp; در پایگاههای اطلاعاتی معتبر Google Scholar, PubMed, ISI, magiran, Scopus انجام گرفت. معیار اصلی جهت ورود، مقالات چاپی تمام متن به زبان فارسی و انگلیسی در محدوده سالهای 2000 تا 2020 میادی بوده است. از چک لیستPRISMA برای بررسی و کنترل کیفیت مقاله استفاده شد.<br> <strong>یافته ها:</strong> ارتباط و همکاری بین حرفه ای و کارگروهی در پرستاری با چالشهای متعدد همراه است. عوامل تاثیر گذار؛ مانند تنوع و تفاوت سواد سامت، فرهنگ، زبان و شفافیت جایگاه و نقش حرفه ای است و این چالشها بر مواردی مانند کیفیت و ایمنی مراقبت، رضایتمندی پرستاران و هزینه های درمان و مراقبت تاثیر می گذارد.<br> <strong>نتیجه گیری:</strong> با وجود مطالعاتی در این رابطه، چالشهای بین حرفه ای متعددی در پرستاری وجود دارد که با بررسی و شناخت چالشها و توسعه راهبردهای ارتباطی مناسب، به مراقبت با کیفیت، ایمن و رضایتمندی کارکنان مراقبت و درمان فراهم خواهد شد. <div style="text-align: left;"><div style="text-align: left;"></div></div> <div><span dir="RTL"></span><div></div><div></div><strong>Introduction:</strong> Communication is an essential issue in performing care and treatment measures of nursing. Being aware of the challenges of inter-professional communication can be achieved appropriate solutions.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> This systematic review study was performed searching by keywords: &quot;Nursing&quot;, &quot;Interprofessional challenges&quot;, communication,, &quot;communication Challenge&quot;, &quot;Communication Barriers,&quot; in the reputable databases, Google Scholar, PubMed, ISI, magi ran and Scopus. The main criterion for entry was full-text printed articles in Persian and English between 2000 and 2020. The PRISMA checklist was applied to review and control the quality of the article.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> Communication and collaboration of inter-professional and teamwork in nursing are associated with multiple challenges. Influential factors include diversity and difference in health literacy, culture, language, and resolution and clear of professional position and role.
