fa چالشها و موانع جایگاه پرستاران در ارتقای سلامت جامعه: مرور وایتی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <strong>مقدمه:</strong> با توجه به وجود تغییرات جمعیتی و اپیدمیولوژیکی و نیز ظهور تهدیدات سلامتی که اکثر آن ها در سطوح پیشگیری قابل مهار شدن هستند، استفاده از توانمندی های پرستاران جهت پیشبرد سلامت افراد، خانواده ها، گروه ها، جمعیت ها در عرصه های اجتماعی امری ضروری به نظر می رسد.<br> <strong>روش کار: </strong>جستجوی متون بین مقالات سال های 2010 تا 2019 صورت پذیرفت و چهار پایگاه بین المللی P&rlm;ubMed , Science Direct, Scopus, Google Scholar و دو پایگاه ایرانی SID و MagIran مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. بیش از80&nbsp; مقاله در خصوص موضوع مورد نظر بررسی شد، که از این میان 15 مقاله انتخاب شدند.<br> <strong>یافته ها:</strong> بررسی ها نشان داد که عمده چالش های مربوط به جایگاه پرستاران در ارتقای سامت جامعه شامل فاکتورهای مربوط به ساختار و سیاست های مربوط به نظام بهداشتی، نحوه تخصیص منابع مالی، ساختار آموزش پرستاری و شفاف نبودن مفهوم نقش پرستار سامت جامعه می باشد.<br> <strong>نتیجه گیری:</strong> نتایج مطالعه حاضر نشان داد اگر چه چالش های مربوط به پرستاران در ارتقای سامت جامعه متنوع و پیچیده هستند اما این موانع و مشکلات می توانند با چالش های استخراج شده از این مطالعه مرتبط باشند. لذا توجه به این چالش ها می تواند چگونگی ارائه مراقبت های پرستاری در عرصه ی اجتماعی را تحت تاثیر قرار دهد. لذا بازبینی ساختار نظام سلامت از رویکرد درمان محض به ارائه مراقبت های پیشگیرانه و تغییر در روند به کارگیری پرستاران، بازبینی نیازهای یادگیری آنان در جهت نیازهای بهداشتی مردم و تلاش در جهت ارتقا جایگاه و مفهوم پرستار سامت جامعه می تواند بسیاری از این چالش ها را در مسیر ارتقای سامت مردم برطرف نماید.<span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;">&nbsp;</span></span> <strong>Introduction: </strong>Increasing the prevalence of epidemics and epidemiology, as well as the emergence of health threats, can be controlled at preventive levels by using nurses&#39; abilities to promote the health of individuals, families, groups, and populations in the social realm it seems necessary.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> A literary search between 2010- 2019 was carried out, and four international databases PubMed, Science Direct, Scopus, Google Scholar, and two Iranian databases SID and MagIran were examined. More than 80 articles were reviewed on the topic, of which 15 were selected.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> Surveys showed that the significant challenges related to the position of nurses in promoting community health include factors related to the structure and policies of the health system, how to allocate funds, the structure of nursing education, and the lack of transparency in the concept of community health nurse role.<br> <strong>Conclusions:</strong> The results of the present study showed that although nurses&#39; challenges in promoting community health are widespread and overwhelming, these barriers and problems can be related to the challenges extracted from this study.
