fa چالش های استقلال در پرستاری: یک مطالعه مرور سیستماتیک تخصصي Special كاربردي Applicable <div><strong>مقدمه:</strong> همزمان با تکامل حرفه پرستاری، مسئولیت های حرفه ای پرستاران نیز افزایش یافته و آنها نیازمند استقلال در فعالیت های خود هستند. علی رغم دستیابی به استقلال در پرستاری، این حرفه با چالش هایی روبرو می باشد.<br> <strong>هدف:</strong> این مطالعه با هدف بررسی مطالعات انجام شده در مورد چالش های موجود در زمینه دستیابی به استقلال در پرستاری انجام شده است.<br> <strong>روش:</strong> این مرور سیستماتیک با جستجو توسط کلمات کلیدی autonomy in nursing, challenge in nursing در پایگاه های داده ای معتبر شامل:&nbsp;<br> PubMed , Science Direct, Scopus, Google Scholar و دو پایگاه ایرانی SID و MagIran در فاصله زمانی 2000 - 2019 انجام شده است.<br> <strong>یافته ها: </strong>پس از جستجوی کلیه پایگاه های بین المللی و ایرانی، تعداد 25 مقاله فارسی و انگلیسی وارد تحلیل نهایی شد. مهمترین چالش های بدست آمده شامل: تعریف مبهم استقلال، استفاده از ابزارهای نامتناسب برای اندازه گیری، عدم وجود یک تئوری مرتبط با استقلال پرستاری، آموزش نامناسب دانشجویان، عدم همکاری در کارهای تیمی، عدم حمایت مدیران و ساختار نامناسب مدیریتی، اندازه بیمارستان و تاثیر آن در ساختار سازمان و میزان توانمندی و قدرت پرستاران بود.<br> <strong>بحث و نتیجه گیری:</strong> راهکارهای مورد نیاز مانند: انجام تحقیقات گسترده با ابزارهای معتبر، انجام تحقیقات کیفی برای تعریف دقیق مفهوم استقلال، اصلاح برنامه های درسی دانشجویان، تشویق به انجام کارهای تیمی و در نهایت حمایت مدیران بایستی در راستای کنترل این چالش ها انجام شوند تا بتوانند باعث افزایش استقلال در پرستاران شوند.</div> <div><strong>کلید واژه: </strong>استقلال، چالش، مرور سیستماتیک</div> <br> <strong>Introduction:</strong> As the nursing profession evolves, the professional responsibilities of nurses have increased and they need autonomy in their activities. Despite the pursuit of autonomy in nursing, the profession faces challenges.<br> <strong>Objective:</strong> This study aimed to investigate the challenges of achieving autonomy in nursing.<br> <strong>Method:</strong> This study was a systematic review with a key words such as autonomy in nursing, challenge in nursing which was used library studies search the databases such as: PubMed, Science Direct, Scopus, Google Scholar and two Iranian databases: SID and MagIran were investigated. Prisma checklists were used to check and control the quality of articles. All searches were done in 2005-2019.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> After searching all international and domestic databases, 25 articles entered the final analysis. The most important challenges consist of: ambiguous definition of autonomy, the use of inappropriate measurement tools, the lack of a theory of nursing autonomy, inadequate student education, lack of teamwork, lack of manager support and inadequate managementstructure, hospital size and It impacts was about the structure of the organization and the extent and power of the nurses.<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> The solutions needed to address these challenges should be in place. Extensive research with valid tools, qualitative research to precisely define the concept of independence, modify students&#39; curricula, encourage teamwork, and ultimately support managers, increases nursing independence.<br> <strong>Keywords:</strong> Autonomy, Challenge, Systematic review استقلال, چالش, مرور سیستماتیک.
