fa مروری بر سازگاری بیماران نارسایی قلبی بر اساس مدل سازگاری روی : یک مطالعه مروری عمومى General كاربردي Applicable <span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black;"></span></span><strong>مقدمه:</strong> بیماری نارسایی قلبی یکی از چالش های مهم سیستم های مراقبت بهداشتی محسوب می شوند.یکی از اجزای اصلی مدل های مراقبتی در بیماری نارسایی قلبی، مشارکت بیمار می باشد. در همین راستا، الگوی سازگاری روی (RAM) یکی از معروف ترین و پرکاربردترین الگوهای پرستاری است که به طور خاص به موضوع سازگاری توجه کرده است.<br> <strong>روش کار:</strong> این پژوهش یک مطالعه مروری نظام مند است که با جستجوی مقالات فارسی با استفاده از کلیدواژه های مدل روی، الگوی سازگاری روی و بیماری نارسایی قلبی در پایگاه های اطلاعاتی منابع ایران Margine،SID و جستجوی کلید واژه های Roy adaptation Model, Roy Model, Heart Disease در پایگاه اطلاعاتی Ovid و Web of Sciences, Scopus, Science Direct، google scholar , ProQuest , PubMed به علت انتشار مقالات مفید در بازه زمانی 2000 - 2019 انجام شد.<br> <strong>یافته ها:</strong> در مطالعه حاضر از 50 مقاله یافت شده، 6 مطالعه فارسی و یک مطالعه انگلیسی بر اساس معیارهای ورود و خروج انتخاب شدند. همه ی یافته های مرور شده به تاثیر الگوی سازگاری روی بر بیماری نارسایی قلبی پرداخته بودند، اما دارای طرح های متنوعی بودند. در 4 مطالعه برنامه آموزشی باعث افزایش کیفیت زندگی و بهبود سازگاری با بیماری نارسایی قلبی شده بود. در 2 مطالعه سازگاری روانی، بیماران نارسایی قلبی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته بود و تنها در یک مطالعه تبعیت از رژیم غذایی براساس مدل سازگاری روی را مورد بررسی قرار داده بودند.<br> <strong>نتیجه گیری:</strong> الگوی سازگاری روی، بر ارتقا سازگاری متمرکز گردیده و سهم قابل توجهی در سامتی و ارتقا کیفیت زندگی بیماران دارد. نتایج بیشتر مطالعات، بیانگر بهبود فعالیت های پرستاری، تمرکز، سازماندهی و هدایت افکار و اعمال پرستاران در مراقبت از بیماران قلبی- عروقی و افزایش پاسخ های سازگار در بیماران در هر چهار بعد الگوی سازگاری روی یعنی ابعاد فیزیولوژیک، درک از خود، ایفای نقش و وابستگی / استقلال، پس از مداخات پرستاری بوده است. البته به دلیل محدودیت هایی که اکثر مطالعات با آن مواجه بوده اند، ضرورت انجام مطالعات بیشتر با طراحی های دقیق تر همچنان در این زمینه احساس می شود. همچنین با توجه به اینکه اکثر مطالعات در بیماران نارسایی قلبی انجام شده، توصیه می شود در سایر بیماری های مزمن نیز این روش مورد بررسی قرار گیرد. <strong>Introduction:</strong> Diseases of heart failure are considered as one of the main challenges of health care systems. One of the main components of care models in heart failure is patient involvement. In this regard, the adaptation model (RAM) is one of the most popular and most widely used nursing patterns that specifically address compatibility issues. The purpose of this article is to review the adaptability of heart failure patients based on the Roy adaptation model.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> This research is a systematic review study by searching Persian articles using Roy Model Keywords, Roy Adaptation Model and Heart Failure in Iranian Margine, SID Resource Databases and Roy Adaptation Model Keywords, Roy Model, Heart Disease was performed on Ovid and Web of Sciences database, Scopus, Science Direct, Google Scholar, ProQuest, PubMed for publication of useful articles from 2000 to 2019.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> In this study, out of 50 articles, 6 Persian and one English study were selected based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. All of the reviewed findings had an impact on the pattern of adaptation of Roy to heart failure but had different designs had studied and in only one study examined dietary adherence based on the Roy adaptation model.<br> <strong>Conclusions:</strong> The Roy Adaptation Model focuses on promoting adaptation and contributes significantly to the health and quality of life of patients. Further studies indicate improved nursing activities, concentration, organization, and guidance of nurses&#39; thoughts and practices in caring for cardiovascular patients, and increased adaptive responses in all four dimensions of the Roy adaptation model, namely physiological, self-perception, role-playing, And dependency/independence has been a consequence of nursing interventions. However, due to the limitations that most studies have encountered, the need for further studies with more detailed designs remains to be seen.
