fa کاربرد نظریه بتی نیومن در حل چالش های آموزش و مراقبت پرستاری ایران تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research مقدمه: با استفاده از نظریه های پرستاری در مراقبت از بیمار، می توان امید داشت که استانداردهای مراقبتی بیماران بهبود یافته، هزینه های مراقبت پرستاری کاهش یابد و کیفیت زندگی بیماران اصلاح گردد. مدل سیستمی نیومن به علت ابداع چارچوبی جهت تبیین و توصیف عملکردهای پرستاران و ارائه مدلی جامعه نگر در این بین، اهمیت ویژه ای دارد.<br> هدف: استفاده از نظریه سیستمی بتی نیومن در حل چالش های مراقبت پرستاری ایران است.<br> روش: در این مطالعه مروری جستجوی کلید واژه های انگلیسی، با استفاده از روش جستجوی سه مرحله ای، مقالات با استفاده از پایگاه های اطلاعاتیScopus ،Proquest ،Nursing consult ، Elsevier&nbsp; از سال 1970 تا 2016 و پایگاه داده های فارسی SID و Irandoc ،Magiran ،Iran Medex و مدلایب از سال 1380 تا 1395 استخراج شدند. سپس براساس تحلیل مطالعات، چالش های اساسی استفاده از تئوری سیستمی بتی نیومن در ایران مشخص گردید. از 803&nbsp; مقاله اولیه، 231 عنوان مرتبط با تئوری نیومن و آموزش و مراقبت پرستاری بودندکه در پایان مرحله دوم تنها 23 مقاله مورد بررسی قرر گرفتند و در نهایت 12 مورد (52 درصد) مقالات در ارتباط با آموزش پرستاری، 8 مورد (34 درصد) در ارتباط با مراقبت پرستاری و باقی مقالات در ارتباط با شکاف بین تئوری و عمل بودند. &nbsp;<br> یافته ها: مراقبت های پرستاری در ایران معمولا در سطح دوم پیشگیری ارائه می شود و فعالیت پرستاران در سایر سطوح پیشگیری و مراقبت جامعه نگر که اساس تئوری نیومن است، بسیار محدود است. دانشجویان پرستاری و پرستاران، درمان نگر هستند و این مساله با فلسفه پرستاری جامعه نگر در تناقض است.<br> نتیجه گیری: تاکید نظریه نیومن برداشتن دیدگاه جامعه نگر به ارائه خدمات پرستاری است بنابراین این نظریه می تواند راهنمای خوبی در ارائه نقش های مورد نیاز جامعه در ارائه خدمات جامعه نگر پرستاری باشد. با توجه به اهمیت دانش و مهارت پرستاران کشور در ارتقاء سلامت جامعه، توانمندسازی پرستاران در این زمینه از جایگاه ویژه ای برخوردار است و نیل به این هدف نیازمند بازبینی در سیستم آموزش پرستاری و سیستم ارائه مراقبت جهت استفاده از نظریه های پرستاری است تا پرستاران را جهت ارائه مراقبت به فرد و جامعه آماده سازد.<br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> &nbsp; Introduction: With the use of nursing theories in patient care, It was hoped that standards of care can be improved for patients, reduced the cost of nursing care and quality of life of patients co Reduced costs of nursing care and quality of life of patients correction.<br> Objective: Using Neuman theory as a solution in Iranian nursing care challenges.<br> Method: In order to find studies and resources related to Neuman Theory and Iranian nursing care,&nbsp; we used three-step techniques. digital databases in the National Library of Medicine of Iran (Elsevier, Nursing consult, Proquest, Scopus, ...) and Google scholar and Persian databases including Irandoc, Iran Medex, Magiran, SID and Medlib was used. Search articles from 1980 to 2016 in English and Persian papers from 1380 to 1395. Then, based on analysis of various studies on the use of Betty Neuman&#39;s theory challenges were identified. in early search 803 artcle was found. 231 article was related to the theory Newman, education and nursing care and at the end of the second stage only 23 articles reviewed. 12 cases (52%) articles related to nursing education, 8 (34% ) in relation to nursing care and other articles associated with the gap between theory and practice.<br> Results: The results of the studies showed that the use of the Neuman Theory in the Iranian nursing system is very poor.
