fa ضرورت تفکر انتقادی در حوزه آموزش پرستاری: مروری بر متون تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research &nbsp;مقدمه: یکی از اهداف مهم آموزش پرستاری، تربیت پرستارانی است که خدمات شایسته‌ای را ارائه نمایند که لازمه آن مهارت تفکر انتقادی هست و به نظر می‌رسد درروش‌های رایج آموزش پرستاری به آن توجه کمتری شده است.<br> هدف: هدف از این مطالعه بررسی وضعیت تفکر انتقادی در حوزه آموزش پرستاری ایران و ارائه مفاهیم و روش‌های ترویج آن به‌ منظور تأکید بر اهمیت و ضرورت تفکر انتقادی می باشد.<br> روش: این مطالعه مروری با جستجوی کلید واژه‌های پرستاری، آموزش و تفکر انتقادی در مقالات منتشر شده در پایگاه های&nbsp; فارسی‌ زبان&nbsp; iranmedex ، magiran ، SID&nbsp; از سال 1380 تا 1393 انجام شد. معیار ورود شامل مقالات فارسی زبان، مقالات اختصاصی در حوزه پرستاری و مقالاتی که پرستاری را در کنار چندین رشته دیگر مورد بررسی قرار می دادند، بود. از مجموع 367 مقاله یافته شده، پس از لحاظ کردن معیارهای ورود و خروج 22 مقاله مرتبط با هدف مطالعه انتخاب شد.<br> یافته ها: بررسی مطالعات نشان داد که دانشجویان پرستاری توانایی ضعیفی در درک تفکر انتقادی داشته و گرایش آن ها متزلزل می باشد. تفاوت معنی داری بین سطح تفکر انتقادی دانشجویان سال اول و آخر دیده نشد، در حالی که بین سلامت روان، تصمیم گیری بالینی و تفکر انتقادی ارتباط معنی داری وجود داشت و جهت بهبود تفکر انتقادی بر آموزش تاکید شده است.<br> نتیجه گیری: با توجه به ضرورت تفکر انتقادی جهت قضاوت و تصمیم گیری در مواقع بحرانی، پیشنهاد می شود که مدیران و برنامه ریزان راهکارهای مؤثرتری را جهت ارتقاء مهارت های تفکر انتقادی فراگیران پرستاری ارائه دهند.<br> <br> &nbsp; Introduction: One of the important goals of nursing education is nurses training that provide valuable services and critical thinking skill is necessary for this. It seems in the current nursing education methods has been less attention to it.<br> Objective: The aim of this study is to assess the status of critical thinking in Iranian nursing education and provide its concepts and promote methods in order to emphasize the importance and necessity of critical thinking.<br> Method: This review study was conducted by searching keywords nursing, education and critical thinking in the Persian-language articles published in the database iranmedex, magiran, SID, from 2006 to 2014. Inclusion criteria were Persian-language articles, articles specialized in nursing and nursing along with other disciplines were studied<br> Results: A total of 367 articles were found, after considering the inclusion and exclusion criteria, 22 articles that were selected to study. Studies showed that nursing students have poor ability to understand critical thinking and their tendency is shaken. No significant difference was found between the first and last grade students&#39; critical thinking, while there was a significant correlation between mental health and clinical decision making and critical thinking and Emphasized on training to improve critical thinking.<br> Conclusion: According to the necessity of critical thinking for Judging and decision-making in critical situations, recommended the managers and planners provide more effective strategies to promote critical thinking skills for nursing students.<br> <br> &nbsp; تفکر انتقادی, آموزش, پرستاری, مطالعه مروری.
