fa نقش و راهبرد رویکرد فلسفی کثرت گرایی در تحقیقات علوم سلامت: مروری روایی عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>&nbsp;</strong><span style="font-family:nasimYW;"><strong>مقدمـه:</strong> رویکـرد فلسـفی کثرت گرایـی در تحقیقـات حـوزه سـلامت بـه دلیـل ضـرورت بررسـی افـراد از زوایـای مختلـف، از اهمیـت بالایـی برخـوردار اسـت. نابـر ایـن هـدف ایـن پژوهـش بررسـی نقـش و اسـتراتژی های رویکـرد فلسـفی کثرت گرایـی در تحقیقـات علـوم سـلامت اسـت.<br> <strong>روش کار</strong>: پژوهـش حاضـر از نـوع مـروری روایتـی بـوده، جسـتجوی مقـالات بـه زبـان انگلیسـی و فارسـی بـدون بـازه زمانـی، بـا اســتفاده از عملگرهــای بولــی از طریــق پایــگاه هــای اطلاعاتــی بیــن المللــی<br> PubMed, Scopus, Web Of Science, Embaseبــاکلیـد واژه هـای Methodology, pluralism, health researchانجـام گردیـد و در پایـگاه هـای داخلـی نیـز هماننـد SID, Magiranبـا کلیـد واژه هـای فارسـی روش شناسـی، کثـرت گرایـی، تحقیقـات سـلامت جسـتجو گردیـد و در نهایـت 22مقالـه یافـت گردیـد.<br> <strong>یافته هـا:</strong> مـرور مقـالات منتخـب نشـان داد کـه، بیشـترین راهبـرد کثـرت گرایـی، روش شـناختی و پـس از آن منبـع داده مـی باشـد و کمتریـن راهبـرد مطـرح شـده مکانـی و جنسـیتی مـی باشـد. همچنیـن در مقـالات بیشـترین نقـش کثـرت گرایـی مطـرح شـده، تنـوع روش شـناختی و پـس از آن تعمیـم پذیـری نتایـج، شـناخت نیـاز هـای مختلـف، دیـدگاه هـای متنـوع در مـورد سـلامت و بیمـاری، درک جامـع از سـلامت، همـکاری بیـن رشـته ای و اسـتفاده بهینـه از منابـع مـی باشـد.<br> ن<strong>تیجه گیــری:</strong> رویکــرد فلســفی کثرت گرایــی بــا اســتفاده از روش هــا و دیدگاه هــای متعــدد، امــکان درک عمیقتــری از پدیده هــای پیچیـده را فراهـم میکنـد. از آنجـا کـه هیـچ روش یـا نظریـه ای بـه تنهایـی نمیتوانـد تصویـر کاملـی از واقعیـت ارائـه دهـد، ادغـام رویکردهـا بـرای دسـتیابی بـه درک جامع تـر اهمیـت دارد.&nbsp;</span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><strong>Introduction</strong>: The philosophical approach of pluralism is of great importance in health research due to the necessity of examining individuals from different perspectives. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to examine the role and strategies of the philosophical approach of pluralism in health<br> science research.<br> <strong>Methods</strong>: The current research is a narrative review, searching for articles in English and Farsi without a time frame, using Boolean operators through the international databases PubMed, Scopus,Web Of Science, Embase with keywords Methodology, pluralism, health research It was done and the domestic databases like SID, Magiran were searched with Persian keywords and finally 22 articles were found.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> The review of selected articles indicated that the most prominent strategy of pluralism is cognitive strategy, followed by data source strategy, while the least emphasized strategy is geographical and gender-based. Additionally, in the articles, the primary role of pluralism is highlighted in cognitive diversity, followed by the generalizability of results, understanding diverse health perspectives, comprehensive health comprehension, interdisciplinary collaboration, and optimal resource utilization.<br> <strong>Conclusions:</strong> The philosophical approach of pluralism allows for a deeper understanding of complex phenomena by using multiple methods and perspectives.
