fa تله نرسینگ درافراد مبتلا به انفارکتوس میوکارد: یک مطالعه مروری ـ روایتی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:nasimYW;"><strong>مقدمـه:</strong> بـا توجـه بـه شـیوع و آمـار مـرگ و میـر بـالای ناشـی از انفارکتـوس میـوکارد و از طرفـی دیگـر شـواهد روزافزونـی مبنـی بـر اثربخشـی تلـه نرسـینگ، ایـن مطالعـه بـا هـدف مـروری بـر شناسـایی کاربـرد تلـه نرسـینگ در افـراد مبتـا بـه انفارکتـوس میـوکارد انجـام شـده اسـت.<br> <strong>روش کار:</strong> پژوهـش حاضـر یـک مطالعـه مـروری ـ روایتـی اسـت کـه بـه روش مطالعـه کتابخانـه ای و جسـتجوی مقـالات مرتبـط بـا ترکیبـی ازScience Direct, Scopus, PubMed ,SID Magiran و پایـگاه هـای علمـیGoogle Scholar در موتـور جسـتجوی کلمـات کلیـدی سـکته قلبـی، انفارکتـوس میـوکارد، تلـه نرسـینگ و اصاحـات لاتیـن heart attack Tele-nursing, myocardial,infarctionجسـتجویی هدفمنـد انجـام شـد. کلیـه مقـالات تمـام متـن بـه دو زبـان فارسـی و انگلیسـی دربـازه 10سـاله 2013تـا 2023بررســی و در جســتجوی اولیــه، 184مقالــه یافــت شــد کــه پــس از بررســی معیارهــای ورود و خــروج، درنهایــت 2۵مقالــه وارد مطالعـه شـدند.<br> <strong>یافتـه هـا</strong>: مقـالات مـورد بررسـی نقـش اثـر بخـش تلـه نرسـینگ، در آمـوزش و پشـتیبانی بـرای درک بهتـر وضعیـت افـراد مبتلـا به انفارکتـوس میـوکارد، ارتقـای سـطح کیفیـت زندگـی، کاهـش اسـترس، اضطـراب و افسـردگی، بهبـود تبعیـت از رژیـم غذایـی، دارویـی و فعالیـت بدنـی را نشـان داد کـه در نهایـت مـی توانـد منجـر بـه خـود مراقبتـی و خـود مدیریتـی بهتـر بیمـاری و کاهـش هزینـه هـای مراقبـت های بهداشـتی شـود.<br> <strong>نتیجـه گیـری</strong>: یافتـه هـا نشـان مـی دهـد کـه بـا ادامـه پیشـرفت فنـاوری، پتانسـیل اسـتفاده از تلـه نرسـینگ و تأثیـر مثبـت آن بـر افـراد مبتـا بـه انفارکتـوس میـوکارد قابـل توجـه اسـت. بـر ایـن اسـاس ضـروری اسـت کـه از جنبـه هـای مختلـف، اسـتفاده از تلـه نرسـینگ در افـراد مبتـا بـه انفارکتـوس قلبـی مـورد حمایـت قـرار گیـرد و بـه عنـوان بخشـی از برنامـه هـای درمانـی و مراقبـت هـای بهداشـتی بـرای ایـن افـراد در نظـر گرفتـه شـود</span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><strong>Introduction</strong>: Considering the prevalence and statistics of high mortality caused by myocardial infarction and on the other hand, the increasing evidence of the effectiveness of telenursing, this study was conducted with the aim of reviewing the use of telenursing in myocardial infarction people.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> The current research is a review-narrative study, which is a library study and search for related articles in Google Scholar search engine and Science Direct, Scopus, PubMed ,SID, Magiran databases with a combination of key words heart attack, myocardial infarction, telenursing, a targeted<br> search was conducted. All full-text articles in Persian and English were reviewed in the 10-year period from 2013 to 2023, and in the initial search, 184 articles were found, which after checking the entry and exit criteria Finally, 25 articles were included in the study.<br> <strong>Results</strong>: The reviewed articles, the effective role of telenursing in education and support for a better understanding of the condition of myocardial infarction people, improving the quality of life, reducing stress, anxiety and depression, improving adherence to diet, medication and physical activity; which can ultimately lead to better self-care and self-management of the disease and reduction of health care costs.<br> <strong>Conclusions:</strong> The findings show that with the continued development of technology, the potential of using telenursing and its positive effect on myocardial infarction people is significant.
