fa بررسی تطبیقی برنامه آموزشی دوره کارشناسی ارشد پرستاری سالمندی ایران و دانشگاه اسلو نروژ تخصصي Special گزارش مورد case report <span style="font-family:nasimYW;"><strong>مقدمـه</strong>: بـا توجـه بـه افزایـش جمعیـت سـالمندان در جهـان نیـاز بـه پرسـتاران متخصـص و ماهـر بیشـتر از قبـل احسـاس مـی شـود. رشـته کارشناسـی ارشـد پرسـتاری سـالمندی یـک رشـته نوپـا در ایـران مـی باشـد کـه ارزشــیابی در برنامــه آموزشــی از مهمتریــن راهکارهــای ارتقــا آن اسـت. مطالعـه حاضـر بـا هــدف انجام مطالعـه تطبیقـی برنامـه آموزشـی کارشناسـی ارشـد پرسـتاری سـالمندی ارائــه شــده در دانشــگاه های علـوم پزشـکی کشــور ایـران و دانشــگاه اسلو نروژ انجـام شـد.<br> <strong>روش کار:</strong> در ایــن مطالعــه توصیفــی- تطبیقــی در ســال 1402اطلاعات مربوط به برنامــه آمــوزش کارشناســی ارشـد پرسـتاری سالمندی بـــا اســـتفاده از کلیدواژه های فارسی مطالعـــه تطبیقـــی، برنامـــه درســـی، کارشناســـی ارشـــد، پرســـتاری سالمندی، ایـــران، دانشـگاه اسـلو نـروژ و&nbsp;انگلیسـیNursing curriculum, geriatric nursing, comparative study, Iran, Norway مــوردجســتجو قــرار گرفتنــد. اطلاعات بــا اســـتفاده از الگــوی Beredayدر چهـــار مرحلــه توصیــف، تفســـیر، همجواری و مقایســه مـــورد تجزیه و تحلیل قـــرار گرفـت.<br> <strong>یافته هــا: </strong>نتایــج بــه دسـت آمـده نشـان داد در ایــران و نروژ پرستاری سالمندی بـه یـک شـکل و بـا ترکیـب هـر دو نـوع مراقبـت در یـــک برنامـــه در حـــال ارائـــه می باشد. دانشـــگاه اسلو نروژ برخلاف اکثـــر دانشگاه های ایـــران از مدرســـین متخصــص حــوزه ســالمندی بـرای آمـوزش بهـره میبـرد و دارای مراکـز سـالمندی بـرای کار مسـتقیم دانشـجو بـا سـالمندان سالم و بیمار اسـت. پذیـرش دانشـجو در دانشـگاه اسـلو شـامل: سـابقه کار بالینـی بـه مدت دو سـال و کسـب معـدل حداقـل Cدر کارشناسـی اسـت در حالی که در ایران آزمــون کنکــور تنهــا معیــار پذیــرش اســت.جایگاه های شـغلی در دانشـگاه اسـلو متناسـب با رشـته تخصصی می باشـد<br> در حالـی کـه در ایـران دانـش آموختـگان جایـگاه اختصاصـی ندارنـد.<br> <strong>نتیجـه گیـــری:</strong> اسـتفاده از معیارهـای چندگانـه و داشـتن سـابقه بالینـی بـرای پذیرش دانشـجو، وجــود محیــط بالینــی مناســب، اسـتفاده از اسـاتید متخصـص سـالمندی، توجــه بــه مــوارد فرهنگــی، توجـه بـه زبان انگلیسـی در جهـت ارتقـا مهارت های پژوهشـی دانشـجویان و تعریـف جایـگاه شـغلی مناسـب بـرای بهبـود برنامـه کارشناسـی ارشدپرسـتاری سـالمندی در ایـران پیشـنهاد مـی گـردد.<br> <br> &nbsp;</span> <span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><strong>Introduction</strong>: In light of the increasing elderly population worldwide, the need for specialized and skilled nurses is felt more than ever. The Master&#39;s program in Geriatric Nursing is a novel field in Iran, where program evaluation stands out as one of the most essential strategies for its improvement.<br> The present study was conducted with the aim of performing a comparative analysis of the Master&#39;s program in Geriatric Nursing offered by medical universities in Iran and the University of Oslo,Norway.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> In this descriptive-comparative study, data related to the Master&#39;s Degree Program in Geriatric Nursing were collected in 2023 using keywords such as comparative study, curriculum, master&#39;s degree, geriatric nursing, Iran, and the University of Oslo. The information was analyzed using Bereday&#39;s model in four stages: description, interpretation, juxtaposition, and comparison.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> The findings showed that in Iran and Norway, geriatric nursing is presented in a similar manner with a combination of both types of care in one program. Unlike most universities in Iran, the University of Oslo employs specialized professors in the field of geriatrics for teaching and has centers for direct student engagement with healthy and sick elderly individuals. Student admission at the University of Oslo includes having two years of clinical work experience and obtaining a minimum grade of C in the undergraduate degree, while in Iran, the entrance exam is the only criterion for admission.
