fa تجویز پرستاری در ایران و جهان: یک مطالعه مرور یکپارچه تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div><span style="font-family:nasimYW;"><strong>مقدمـه:</strong> یکـی از مهمتریـن تغییـرات نقـش در حرفـه پرسـتاری، توسـعه تجویـز پرسـتاری اسـت. در اجـرای تجویـز پرسـتاری، شـناخت چالشـهای موجـود و مزایـا و معایـب آن امـری ضـروری بـه نظـر مـی رسـد.</span><br> <span style="font-family:nasimYW;"><strong>روش کار:</strong> در مـرور یکپارچـه حاضـر، مقـالات فارسـی و انگلیسـی در محـدوده زمانـی سـالهای 1998تـا 2023بـا اسـتفاده از کلمـات کلیـدی &quot;تجویـز پرسـتاری&quot; ، &quot;تجویـز دارو&quot; ، &quot;تجویـز مسـتقل&quot; و &quot;تجویـز مکمـل&quot; و کلیـدواژه هـای انگلیسـی, Supplementary,prescribing, Independent prescribing, Nurse Prescriber, Nurse Prescribing, از پایــگاه هــای اطلاعاتــی برخــط شــاملScience direct ,PubMed, Web of Science, Google scholarو پایـگاه هـای فارسـی از جملـه مـگ ایـران و جهـاد دانشـگاهی مـورد اسـتخراج قـرار گرفـت. معیـار ورود مقالاتـی بـود کـه صرفـا بـه تجویـز دارو در پرسـتاری پرداختـه بـود و مرتبـــط بـــا اهـــداف مطالعـــه بـــود. معیارهـــای خـــروج، شـامل مقالاتـی بـود کـه متـن کامـل آنهـا در دسـترس نبود یا بـه صورت پوســـتر، ســخنرانی و نامــه بــه ســردبیر ارائـه شـده بــود. همچنیـن اعتبـار مقـالات انتخابـی از نظـر اصالـت، اعتبـار و مجلـه منتشـر کننـده آن، توسـط نویسـندگان مـورد ارزیابـی کیفـی قـرار گرفتـه اسـت.<br> <strong>یافتـه هـا:</strong> 58مطالعـه برگزیـده، مزایـا، معایـب، موانـع و عوامـل تسـهیل گـر تجویـز پرسـتاری از دیـدگاه پرسـتاران و پزشـکان در ایـران و سـایر کشـورها را نشـان داد. از عمـده تریـن چالشهـا مـی تـوان بـه عـدم سیاسـت گـذاری هـای مناسـب در ایـن زمینـه، نبـود زیرسـاخت هـای لازم، نـگاه منتقدانـه تیـم مراقبتهـای بهداشـتی، عـدم صـدور مجوزهـای قانونـی و عـدم تمایـل برخـی از نیروهـای پرسـتاری بـه فعالیـت در ایـن زمینـه اشـاره کـرد.<br> <strong>نتیجــه گیــری: </strong>بـا توجـه بـه منافـع و مزایـای تجویـز پرسـتاری پیشـنهاد مـی گـردد، سیاسـت گـذاران و مدیـران پرسـتاری بـا برنامـه ریـزی مناسـب جهـت برطـرف کـردن چالشـهای موجـود از جملـه صـدور مجوزهـای قانونـی، برگـزاری دوره هـای تخصصـی داروشناسـی بـرای پرسـتاران و تشـویق آنهـا بـه پذیرفتـن ایـن مسـئولیت، زمینـه را بـرای اجـرای تجویـز پرسـتاری در ایـران فراهـم نماینـد.</span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Introduction</strong>: One of the most important change role in the nursing profession is the development of nurse prescribing. In the implementation of nurse prescribing, it seems necessary to recognize the existing challenges.<br> <strong>Methods</strong>: In this review, Persian and English articles were researched in the years of 1998-2023 using the keywords include &quot;nursing prescription&quot;, &quot;drug prescription&quot;, &quot;independent prescribing&quot; and &quot;supplemental prescribing&quot;. The research was done in online databases including Science direct,PubMed, Web of Science, Google scholar and Persian databases including Mag Iran and Jahad Daneshgahi. The inclusion criteria were articles that only focus on the drug prescription in nursing and were related to the objectives of the study. Exclusion criteria included articles whose full text was not available or were presented in the form of a poster, speech and letter to the editor. Also, the validity of the selected articles has been qualitatively evaluated by the authors in terms of originality,credibility and the publishing journal.<br> <strong>Result</strong>: 58 selected studies showed the advantages, disadvantages, obstacles and facilitating factors of nursing prescription from the point of view of nurses and doctors in Iran and other countries.
