fa مقایسه برنامه آموزشی کارشناسی ارشد پرستاری کودکان ایران با دانشگاه کاتولیک امریکا: یک مطالعه تطبیقی تخصصي Special گزارش مورد case report <strong>مقدمه:</strong> شناخت نقاط قوت دانشگاههای خارج از کشور می تواند برنامه ریزان تحصیلی ایران را تشویق کند که از نقاط قوت دانشگاههای مشابه خارجی برای تبدیل نقاط ضعف خود به نقطه قوت استفاده کنند. این مطالعه با هدف مقایسه برنامه آموزشی کارشناسی ارشد پرستاری کودکان ایران با دانشگاه کاتولیک امریکا انجام شد.<br> <strong>روش کار: </strong>در این مطالعه توصیفی &ndash; تطبیقی در سال 1401 ، داده ها جهت مقایسه دوره آموزشی کارشناسی ارشد پرستاری کودکان ایران و دانشگاه کاتولیک آمریکا با تکیه بر تاریخچه و جزئیات برنامه درسی دوره کارشناسی ارشد پرستاری کودکان جمع آوری گردید. داده ها با استفاده از الگوی Bereday در چهار مرحله توصیف، تفسیر، هم جواری و مقایسه مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.<br> <strong>یافته ها: </strong>برنامه آموزشی کارشناسی ارشد پرستاری کودکان ایران در تمام دانشگاهها متمرکز بوده و تنها یک رشته کارشناسی ارشد پرستاری کودکان بدون گرایش خاص وجود دارد. اما در دانشگاه کاتولیک چندین گرایش برای کارشناسی ارشد پرستاری کودکان وجود داشت. برنامه کارشناسی ارشد پرستاری کودکان در ایران و دانشگاه کاتولیک از نظر فلسفه و چشم انداز، نقش دانشجویان پس از فارغ التحصیلی و راهبرد های آموزشی و روش تدریس مشابهت داشت. اما در بعد گرایش ها، حوزه کاری، هزینه های تحصیلی، پذیرش دانشجو از کشورهای دیگر و حداقل های لازم برای ثبت نام در دوره آموزشی مربوطه متفاوت بودند.<br> <strong>نتیجه گیری:</strong> برنامه ریزان داخلی می توانند با الگو گرفتن از برنامه های آموزشی و ابعاد گسترده کارشناسی ارشد پرستاری کودکان دانشگاه کاتولیک، نیازهای بیشتری از سامت جامعه در بعد کودکان را پوشش دهند.<br> &nbsp; <strong>Introduction:</strong> Knowing the strengths of foreign universities can encourage Iranian education planners to use the strengths of similar foreign universities to turn their weaknesses into strengths. This study was conducted with the aim of comparing Iran&#39;s pediatric nursing master&#39;s program with<br> the Catholic University of America.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> In this descriptive-comparative study in 1401, data were collected to compare the master&#39;s course in pediatric nursing in Iran and the Catholic University of America based on the history and details of the curriculum of the master&#39;s course in pediatric nursing. The data were analyzed using the<br> Bereday model in four stages: description, interpretation, comparison and comparison.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> The pediatric nursing master&#39;s program in Iran is concentrated in all universities and there is only one pediatric nursing master&#39;s program without a specific orientation. But at Catholic University, there were several trends for a master&#39;s degree in pediatric nursing. The pediatric nursing master&#39;s<br> program in Iran and the Catholic University were similar in terms of philosophy and perspective, the role of students after graduation, and educational strategies and teaching methods.
