fa موانع اجرای مراقبت پرستاری درمنزل در ایران: یک مرور سیتماتیک تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:nasimYW;"><strong>مقدمـه</strong>: یکـی از اجـزای اصلـی خدمـات مراقبـت مبتنـی بـر جامعـه، کـه مـی توانـد بـه درگیـر کـردن خانـواده هـا در مراقبـت از بیمار،و خودمراقبتـی کمـک کنـد، خدمـات مراقبـت در منـزل ( )Home Care اسـت. ایـن مطالعـه بـا هـدف بررسـی متـون مرتبـط بـه موانـع اجـرای مراقبـت در منـزل در ایـران انجـام گردیـد.</span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:nasimYW;"><strong>روش کار:</strong> در مــرور سیســتماتیک حاضــر کلیــه مقاله هــای مرتبــط بــا اهــداف مطالعــه، چــاپ شــده تــا مــارس 2021 بررســی شــد.&nbsp;جســت و جــو در پایــگاه ،SID ، Iran Medex، Iran Doc، Magiran،Science Direct، Medline /PubMed، Web of Science،&nbsp;Scopus، ProQuest، Google Scholar، Cochrane library؛ بــا کلیدواژه هــای &quot;مراقبــت در منــزل &quot; ،&quot; نظــام ســلامت ایــران&quot; و ترکیب آنها با کلید واژه های&quot;موانع&quot;، &quot;اجرا&quot; ،&quot;پرسـتاری&quot; و &quot;ایران&quot;، &#39;&quot;،&quot;Home care&quot;، &quot; Palliative care &quot;، &quot;Nursing home care &quot; Iranian healh systemو ترکیــب با کلید واژه هــای،&quot; &quot;barrier&rdquo;، &quot;Iran&rdquo; ،&quot;practice&quot; ،&quot;nursingانجــام یافــت. معیارهــای ورود، مقاله هـای بـه زبـان انگلیسـی یـا فارسـی، شـبه تجربـی، پرسشـنامه ای، کیفـی و مرتبـط بـا اهـداف مطالعـه بـود. معیارهـای خـروج، مقاله هایـی بـه صـورت مـروری، پوسـتر، سـخنرانی و نامـه بـه سـردبیر بـود.<br> <strong>یافتـه هـا:</strong> مشـکلات زیـر سـاختی از قبیـل: فراهـم نبـودن بسـتر اجتماعـی، نامشـخص بودن پوشـش خدمـات توسـط بیمـه همگانی، فراهـم نبـودن بسـترهای ارتباطـات مجـازی، مشـکلات سیسـتم آموزشـی، مشـکلات همـکاری بیـن حرفـه ای و بیـن بخشـی، اعتبـاربخشـی، عوامـل مدیریتـی و مرتبـط بـا متخصصیـن و عـدم وجـود دسـتورالعمل هـا، عـدم صلاحیـت برخـی از پرسـتاران در امـر ارائـه خدمـات مراقبـت در منـزل، عـدم اطلاعـات در مـورد بافـت و فرهنـگ خانوادگـی بیمـاران، عـدم امنیـت شـغلی، امـن نبـودن محیـط منـزل بـرای پرسـتار، نامناسـب بـودن محیـط بـرای انجـام برخـی از خدمـات پرسـتاری و پزشـکی، موانـع اجـرای مراقبـت پرسـتاری در منزل (Nursing Home Care) بود.<br> <strong>نتیجـه گیـری:</strong> اجـرای طـرح مراقبـت پرسـتاری در منـزل، نیازمنـد سیاسـت گـذاری، اصلاحـات و فراهـم نمـودن زیرسـاخت، تعریف آن در نظـام سـلامت ایـران، اطمینـان بخشـی بـه مـردم، بهـره منـدی از ظرفیـت رسـانه هـای ارتبـاط جمعـی و کادر درمانـی، معرفـی در سـایت هـای رسـمی امـکان پذیـر اسـت.</span><br> &nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><strong>Introduction</strong>: One of the main components of community-based care services, which can help to involve families in patient care and self-care, is home care services. This study was conducted with the aim of reviewing the literature related to the barriers to home care in Iran.<br> <strong>Methods</strong>: In this systematic review, all articles related to the study objectives, published until March 2021, were examined. An extensive search using the keywords &quot;home care&quot;, &quot;Iran&#39;s health system&quot; and their combination with the keywords &quot;barriers&quot;, &quot;implementation&quot;, &quot;nursing&quot; and &quot;Iran&quot;, &quot;Home care&quot;, &quot;Palliative care&quot;, &quot;Nursing home&quot; &quot;care&quot;, &quot;Iranian health system&quot; and combining with the keywords &quot;barrier&quot;, &quot;Iran&quot;, &quot;practice&quot;, &quot;nursing&quot; in valid databases as SID, Iran Medex, Iran Doc,Magiran, Science Direct, Medline/PubMed, Web of Science, Scopus, ProQuest, Google Scholar, and Cochrane library was done. Inclusion criteria were articles in English or Farsi, quasi-experimental,questionnaire, qualitative and was relevant to the objectives of the study.
