fa مدیریت زنجیره تأمین مالی نظام سلامت با رویکرد پویایی سیستم: یک مرور یکپارچه تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:nasimYW;"><strong>مقدمـه: </strong>تولیـد منابـع، تـدارک و ارائـه خدمـات سـلامت، تأمیـن مالـی و تولیـت چهـار وظیفـه اصلـی نظـام بهداشـت و درمان اسـت که دسـتیابی بـه ایـن هدف هـا شـاخصه اصلـی نظـام سـلامت عادلانـه و کارا می باشـد. مطالعـه حاضـر باهـدف بررسـی مدیریـت زنجیـره تأمیـن مالـی نظـام سـلامت بـا رویکـرد پویایـی سیسـتم انجام شـد.<br> <strong>روش کار:</strong> در مـرور یکپارچـه حاضـر کلیـه مقاله هـای مرتبـط بـا اهـداف مطالعـه، چـاپ شـده تـا مـی 2022 بررسـی شـد.&nbsp;جسـتجو&nbsp;در پایــگاه&nbsp;&nbsp;Web of Science، Medline/Pub Med، Science Direct، Magiran، Iran Doc،Iran Medex، SID Cochrane،library، Google Scholar، ProQuest، Scopus&nbsp;بـا کلیدواژه هـای &quot;تأمیـن مالـی&quot;،&quot; نظـام سـلامت&quot;،&quot; مدیریـت زنجیـره تأمیـن&quot;و &quot;پویایی شناســی سیســتم&quot;و معــادل انگلیســی آنهــا انجــام یافــت. معیارهــای ورود، مقاله هــای بــه زبــان انگلیســی یــا فارســی شــبه تجربــی، مطالعــه توصیفــی، کیفــی و مرتبــط بــا اهــداف مطالعــه بــود. معیارهــای خــروج، مقاله هایــی به صــورت مــروری، پوســتر، سـخنرانی و نامـه بـه سـردبیر بـود.<br> <strong>یافته هـا:</strong> ابعـاد و مؤلفه هـای مؤثـر بـر تأمیـن مالـی سـلامت شـامل: خدمـات سـلامت محـور، میـزان اشـتراک گذاری و مستندسـازی دانـش، سیسـتم بودجـه ریـزی، تأثیـر تعـداد مشـتریان و تقاضـا، عـدم قطعیـت تقاضـای مشـتری و میـزان بـرآورده کـردن آن، نظـام مبتنـی بـر مالیـات، بیمارسـتان اجتماعـی و مشـارکت مالـی، صنـدوق بیمـاری، مزیـت رقابتـی، کیفیـت خدمـات، بوروکراسـیهای اداری،تدویـن طرحهـای قانونگـذاری و تأمیـن مالـی، اسـتفاده کارا از اطلاعـات، سـاختار مالـی و سـاختار ریسـک، بهبـود عملکـرد نیـروی انسـانی، تبلیغـات مؤثـر و روندهـای جمعیـت بودنـد.<br> ن<strong>تیجه گیـری: </strong>مدیریـت زنجیـره تأمیـن مالـی در نظـام سـلامت از پیچیدگی هـای بسـیاری برخـوردار بـوده و بـه عوامـل اقتصـادی،قانون گـذاری و کیفیـت ارائـه خدمـات بسـتگی دارد. تاکنـون پویایـی مدیریـت زنجیـره تأمیـن در حـوزه سـلامت مبتنـی بـر الگویـی علمـی بررسـی و تدویـن نشـده اسـت.</span><br> &nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><strong>Introduction</strong>: Financing, creating resources, delivering services, and stewardship are the four main tasks of the health system, and achieving these goals is the main indicator of an efficient and fair health system. The present study was conducted to investigate the model of the management of the financing chain of the health system with the approach of system dynamics.<br> <strong>Methods</strong>: In this integrated review, all articles related to the study objectives, published until May 2022, were reviewed. Search in SID database, Iran Medex, Iran Doc, Magiran, Science Direct, Medline / PubMed, Web of Science, Scopus, ProQuest, Google Scholar, and Cochrane Library. It was done with the keywords &quot;financing &quot;, &quot;health system&quot;, &quot;supply chain management&quot; and &quot;system dynamic&quot;. The inclusion criteria were articles in English or Persian, quasi-experimental, descriptive,qualitative, and related to the study objectives. Exclusion criteria were review articles, posters,speeches, and letters to the editor.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> Dimensions and components affecting health financing include: health-oriented services,the amount of knowledge sharing and documentation, budgeting system, the effect of the number of customers and demand, the extent of met demand, tax-oriented system, social hospital, financial participation, disease fund, competitive advantage, service quality, bureaucracies, financing plans, and legislation, effective use of information, financial and risk structure, improvement of human resources performance, effective advertising and population trends.<br> <strong>Conclusions:</strong> The management of the financial supply chain in the health system has many complexities and depends on economic factors, legislation, and the quality of service delivery.
