fa تصویر پرستاران در رسانه های اجتماعی قبل و بعد از پاندمی کوید 19: مقاله مروری روایتی Image of Nurses in the social media Before and After the Covid 19 Pandemic: A narrative Review Article تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research مقدمه: رســانه هــای اجتماعــی از جملــه تلویزیــون، رادیو و... در ارائــه تصویـری حرفـه ای و بعضـا غیـر حرفـه ای از مشـاغل مختلـف از زوایـا و ابعـاد و دیدگاههـای متفـاوت در جوامـع نقـش عمـده ای را دارنـد. با ورود غیر منتظره پاندمی کوید 19 ،پرستاران و حرفه پرستاری، بیشتر از پیش مورد توجه رسانه های عمومی قرار گرفت. لذا هدف این مطالعه مقایسه تصویر پرستاری در این رسانه های اجتماعی  قبل و بعد از پاندمی کوید 19 بوده است. روش کار: مقاله حاضر، یک مقاله مروری روایتی است. جستجوی مقالات با کلید واژه های های "تصویر پرستاری(Nursing Image)"،"رسانه های اجتماعی،تلویزیون، رادیو، اینترنت،(Social media,Tv,Radio,Internet"،"کوید19 (Covid19)"، از طریق پایگاههای اطلاعاتی ملی  ,SID  IranMedex , Magiranو بین المللی Pubmed, Scopus, Sience Direct,Google Scholar در محدوده زمانی سال 2000تا 2022 انجام شد.در این مطالعه 28 مقاله براساس معیارهای ورود وخروج وتناسب محتوا با هدف مطالعه مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. یافته ها:یافته ها در رسانه های خارجی و داخلی، قبل و بعد از کرونا مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. بررسی ها نشان دادند، قبل از شیوع پاندمی کوید 19  پرستاران  از نظر ظاهری، جنسیتی و حرفه ای، بیشتر تصویر کلیشه ای و یا تبلیغاتی داشته و بیشتر مشغول به انجام کارهای غیر تخصصی و وابسته به پزشک بودند. با شیوع پاندمی کوید 19 پرستاران در رسانه ها بیشتر با واژه های "قهرمان" و "سرباز "و "مدافع سلامت"، معرفی شدند و جایگاه ویژه ای پیدا کردند. نتیجه گیری: پاندمی کوید 19 باعث شد تا رسانه ها تصویری واقعی تری از نقش پرستاران در سلامتی و کنترل بیماری را به جامعه ارائه کنند و بیداری و آگاهی عمومی نسبت به این حرفه افزایش پیدا کند و پرستاران نسبت به قبل پررنگ تر دیده شوند.   Introduction: social media such as tv and radio, It plays a significant role in presenting a professional and sometimes unprofessional picture of different professions from different angles, dimensions and perspectives in societies. With the unexpected arrival of the covid-19 pandemic, nurses and the nursing profession received more attention from the public media, so this study aimed to compare the nursing image in this social media before and after the covid-19 pandemic.   Methods: This article is a narrative review article. Search articles with the keywords "Nursing Image", "social media" and " Covid-19", through national databases, SID IranMedex, Magiran and Pubmed and International, Scopus, Science Direct, Google Scholar, web of science was conducted between 2000 and 2022. The twenty-eight article was searched based on inclusion and exclusion criteria and the purpose of this study was finalized. Results: The findings were reviewed in foreign and domestic media before and after corona and showed that before the covid-19 pandemic prevalence, nurses had more stereotypical or propaganda images in terms of appearance, gender and professionalism and were more engaged in non-specialized and physician-dependent tasks with the pandemic prevalence of covid-19 nurses in the media, mostly with the words "hero" and "soldier". And the health advocate was introduced and found a special place. Conclusion: Covid-19 pandemic caused the media to present a more realistic image of nurses' role in health and disease control to the community and increase awakening and public awareness of the profession and nurses to be seen more prominently than before.
