fa چالش های آموزش به روش شبیه سازی در آموزش دانشجویان پرستاری و ارایه راهکارهای موثر: یک مطالعه مرور نظام مند تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <strong>مقدمه</strong>: یکی از روش های آموزش موثر به دانشجویان استفاده از شبیه سازی می باشد. با وجودی که در بیشتر مطالعات به برخی از چالش های شبیه سازی اشاره شده ولی مطالعات مختلف در نوع چالش ها و راهکارهای آن اتفاق نظر ندارند.<br> <strong>روش کار:</strong> این مطالعه از نوع مرور نظام مند بوده که در سال 1399 انجام شد. بررسی با جستجوی کلید واژه های&nbsp; آموزش پرستاری، شبیه سازی بیماران، چالش ها، موانع در منابع اطلاعاتی داخلی SID, Irandoc و خارجی PubMed, Science Direct, Scopus, Google Scholar انجام شد. معیارهای ورود در این مطالعه شامل: مرتبط بودن مقالات با عنوان، فارسی یا انگلیسی بودن زبان مقالات، در دسترس بودن اصل مقاله، عاوه بر چکیده، نوع مطالعه کمّی، کیفی و یا ترکیبی در بازه زمانی۲۰۰۰ تا ۲۰۲۰ بود.<br> <strong>یافته ها: </strong>از مجموع 411 مقاله مرتبط، 14 مقاله واجد شرایط مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشان دادند که چالش های شبیه سازی در آموزش پرستاری در 4 طبقه اصلی چالش های مربوط به اساتید، چالش های مربوط به دانشجویان، عدم حمایت کافی مدیران و منابع طبقه بندی شدند.<br> <strong>نتیجه گیری:</strong> استفاده از فناوری شبیه سازی براساس بررسی متون می تواند به عنوان روشی برای آمادگی دانشجویان قبل از ورود به بالین مورد استفاده قرار گیرد. با توجه به اینکه اکثر این چالش ها می تواند قابل رفع باشد و نیاز به حمایت همه جانبه مدیران دارد لذا پیشنهاد می گردد مدیران با بررسی این موراد و حمایت خود می توانند سهم بسزایی در پیشرفت آموزش و کاهش مشکلات بالینی دانشجویان و اساتید اشته باشند. از طرف آمادگی در دانشجویان و اساتید نیز باید مد نظر قرار گیرد. <strong>&nbsp;Introduction: </strong>One of the effective methods of teaching students is the use of simulation. Some simulation challenges are mentioned in the most studies; However, different studies do not agree on the types of challenges and their approaches.<br> <strong>Objective: </strong>The present study is a systematic review to identify the challenges of education by simulation and provide effective approaches in educating nursing students.<br> <strong>Method:</strong> This study is a systematic review that was conducted in 2020. The study was conducted with the keywords &ldquo;nursing education, patient simulation, challenges and barriers&rdquo; in internal information resources such as SID, Irandoc as well as external resources such as PubMed, Science Direct, Scopus, Google Scholar. The inclusion criteria in this study are as the relevance of the articles with the title, the language of the articles (either Persian or English), the availability of the original article in addition to the abstract, the type of study (i.e., quantitative, qualitative, or combined) in the period 2000 to 2020.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> Out of 274 related articles, 13 qualified articles were reviewed. The results showed that simulation challenges in nursing education were classified into 4 main categories: faculty challenges, student challenges, lack of adequate support from management and resources.<br> <strong>Conclusion: </strong>The use of simulation technology based on a literature review can be used as a way to prepare students before entering the clinic. Considering that the most of these challenges can be solved and need the full support of managers, managers may have a significant contribution to the progress of education and reduce clinical problems of students and professors by investigating these cases.
