fa نقش فلسفه سیاسی در پرستاری و عدالت در سلامت : یک مرور روایتی تخصصي Special كاربردي Applicable <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:nasimYW;"><strong>مقدمـه: </strong>پرسـتاری حرفـه ای مبتنـی بـر مراقبـت، همدلـی و مسـئولیت اخلاقـی تلقـی میشـود، امـا واقعیـت ایـن اسـت کـه عملکـرد پرسـتاران در بسـتر سـاختارهای سیاسـی، اجتماعـی و اقتصـادی شـکل میگیـرد. فلسـفه سیاسـی بـا ارائـه مفاهیمـی همچـون عدالـت، قـدرت و حقـوق، چارچوبـی تحلیلـی بـرای درک تأثیـر سیاسـت بـر نظـام سـلامت و نقـش پرسـتاران فراهـم میکنـد.<br> <strong>روش کار:</strong> ایــن مطالعــه به صــورت مــرور روایتــی انجــام شــد. جســتجوی گســتردهای در پایگاه هــای،Magiran، SID، PubMed 2010 ،Scopus، Web of Scienceتــا 2025بــا کلیدواژه هــای &laquo;فلســفه پرســتاری&raquo;، &laquo;نقــش پرســتار&raquo; و &laquo;عدالــت در ســلامت،&raquo; &laquo;سیاسـت گـذاری سـلامت&raquo; انجـام شـد. در مجمـوع ۷0مقالـه شناسـایی شـد کـه پـس از حـذف مـوارد تکـراری بـه 3۸مقالـه کاهـش یافـت. پـس از بررسـی عنـوان و چکیـده، 25مقالـه بـرای ارزیابـی متـن کامـل انتخـاب شـد و در نهایـت 11مقالـه واجـد شـرایط وارد تحلیـل نهایـی شـدند.<br> <strong>یافته هـا:</strong> نتایـج نشـان داد کـه فلسـفه سیاسـی میتوانـد در تبییـن نابرابری هـای سـاختاری، سلسـله مراتب حرفـه ای و چالش هـای اخلاقــی پرســتاران نقــش مهمــی ایفــا کنــد. آگاهــی سیاســی پرســتاران بــا مشــارکت در سیاســتگذاری، عدالــت محــوری، رهبــری اخلاقــی و کنشــگری اجتماعــی ارتبــاط دارد. همچنیــن تقویــت ســواد سیاســی میتوانــد بــه کاهــش نارضایتــی شــغلی ناشــی از بی عدالتــی ســاختاری و افزایــش توانمندســازی حرفــه ای کمــک کنــد.<br> <strong>نتیجه گیـری:</strong> ادغـام فلسـفه سیاسـی در آمـوزش و عمـل پرسـتاری مـی توانـد بـه ارتقـای کیفیـت مراقبـت و تقویـت نقـش حرفـه ای پرســتاران کمــک کنــد. ایــن رویکــرد، توانایــی پرســتاران را در تحلیــل سیاســت ها، دفــاع از حقــوق بیمــاران و مشــارکت در اصــلاح سـاختارهای ناعادلانـه ممکـن اسـت افزایـش دهـد.</span><br> &nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><strong>Introduction</strong>: Nursing is often perceived as a profession grounded in care, empathy, and ethical responsibility; however, the reality is that nurses&rsquo; practice is shaped within political, social, and economic structures. Political philosophy, by offering concepts such as justice, power, and rights,provides an analytical framework for understanding the influence of politics on health systems and the role of nurses.<br> <strong>Methods</strong>: This study was conducted as a narrative review. A comprehensive search was performed in Magiran, SID, PubMed, Scopus, and Web of Science from 2010 to 2025 using the keywords &ldquo;political philosophy in nursing,&rdquo; &ldquo;nurse&rsquo;s role,&rdquo; &ldquo;health justice,&rdquo; and &ldquo;health policy-making.&rdquo; A total of 70 articles were initially identified, which were reduced to 38 after removing duplicates. Following title and abstract screening, 25 articles were selected for full-text evaluation, and ultimately 11 articles met the inclusion criteria and were included in the final analysis.<br> <strong>Results</strong>: Findings indicated that political philosophy plays an important role in explaining structural inequalities, professional hierarchies, and ethical challenges faced by nurses. Nurses&rsquo; political awareness is associated with policy participation, justice-oriented practice, ethical leadership, and social activism. Strengthening political literacy can also reduce job dissatisfaction caused by structural injustice and enhance professional empowerment.<br> <strong>Conclusion: </strong>Integrating political philosophy into nursing education and practice may help improve the quality of care and strengthen nurses&rsquo; professional roles.
